It really doesn't matter. Every middle to upper tier fraternity will end up with 40+. Rushees know who's still got room because they are the ones still inviting them to events. If you're not hearing from a certain fraternity anymore move on. Most places are done for the summer. The ones who still have room will certainly have plenty of events once school starts.
