new fraternity houses

I've seen a lot of fraternities talking about building new houses on the land behind KA. Is any of this actually true or just talk to attract rushees/keep pledges? Seems like there would be some kind of construction going on already

It's just talk ATO has been using to attract rushees for a decade. They're not actually building and nobody else is either. Phi Delt takes their house back in the spring. Once that happens, ATO will be homeless.

I'd rather go to a smaller fraternity that doesn't have to lie to attract pledges than ATO then. From what I understand, ATO isn't even a huge fraternity anyways
