anyone know if any fraternities are getting big artists for their big fall parties?

No idea, I don't think social schedules have been released yet. The only big parties that we know for sure are Sigma Nu's annual Azzizz party and Theta Chi's annual 17th Floor party. Both are always the week after sorority rush.

None of this is accurate except for Azzizz. Ato getting BoB is about as real as their mythical new house

Debatable. It would be the best party of the year if a better fraternity had him. No doubt it would be big.. but biggest? Probably not.

Happens every year smaller fraternities get big names but the best two parties syllabus week are always sigma Nu and theta chi.
