by: Au GalI remember being a PNM and coming on greek rank because I'm an out of state girl who has no legacy and was curious about the sororities here. And WOW was I lead wrong on greek rank. I came into rush with an opinion on sororities I haven't even met yet and then after the rush parties my opinion completely changed on every. single. one. of. them. I know it's cheesy and cliche but seriously the rankings don't matter and the "tiers" are stupid. Go where you feel you have a good connection because you will be MUCH HAPPIER in college if you do that. Also the only people who care about your sorority are freshmen boys in fraternities who don't know any better lol. No one else cares and as long as you're a good person, every one will love you and want to be with you... no matter what your letters are. Good luck loves!!!!

Just to add on/clarify... freshmen boys realize after a couple months that every type of girl is in every sorority here and that the "tiers" aren't relevant at all. Don't join a sorority just because you think guys will like you more because I know boys in "top tier" fraternities dating girls in every sorority. Just be you and you'll find your people :)

@hold up you might be right but why would any girl want to date a guy who's so shallow what tier she's in affects whether or not he'd date her?? honestly pnms should not focus on what frat boys they might date while going thru rush. plus there are cute boys in middle tier frats too :)

You need a reality check. Go to Sigma Nu, Fiji, Theta Chi, and KA. If you tell me that more than 20% of those boys aren't dating girls in "top tier" sororities, then you're either a liar or delusional.
