Tri delta is a great middle tier sorority at auburn! Being a legacy will definitely get you noticed and a little more attention. They have a great reputation here on campus. Delta Gamma and Alpha Omicron Pi in my opinion are both very similar to the girls in tri delta. These sororities tend to have a very diverse group & down to earth girls with a good bit from out of state. Tri delta isn't a top tier chapter here, but they are well respected for sure. I hope you go through rush with an open mind though, and give all 18 sororities a chance, and not focusing just on your legacy house. Hope this helps!

PLEASE PLEASE LISTEN TO ME!! I joined my moms sorority freshman year because I felt so pressured by her. It was the worst mistake I've ever made... I dropped after the first semester cause the people were just not for me. Go into it with an open mist and go where feels the best. Not where your mother wants. She will get over it and be happy with where ever you go. DDD is a good sorority here but personally I didn't like it during rush, however many girls do! They aren't considered "top tier" but they are still pretty good and very passionate about their philanthropy.
