sigma chi house
by: Hold upSo from what I've picked up on, Sigma Chi is returning this fall. Are they going to get their house back from SigTau? If so, what will happen to Sigtau? I know some rushees who have been interested in Sigtau but are hesitant since they may lose the house

If you look on sigma chi's website, you'll see that they aren't looking to charter until at least spring of 2019 and then even longer after that before they think about getting a house. From what i've heard Sig Tau signed another lease for 2+ years with plans to either extend that lease or build after that. The rumors that they are gonna loose there house have been around since the day they moved in.

Where would y'all go in the meantime and how long would it take to build a new house? Having a house is a big part of growing a fraternity. Without one, parties and such are a little difficult to have. I'm assuming the pledges already have been told about this though, so it must workout
