up and coming fraternitys

So I've decided i want to be in a smaller fraternity than the big 5, what are the best up and coming fraternities? I've heard sigma Tau Gamma is a good choice but I'm trying to find out more about the rest

Does Pike have any upcoming summer rush events? Also, maybe dumb question, if someone already accepted a bid can they still go to the other fraternity parties during the first week? My friend and I were gonna hit some up but he's already accepted somewhere
