no they aren't building a house lol they're broke still. They had one artist come this year and it was azz iz. If that's all they hired this year what makes you think they have money for a house

No they aren't. What's sad is they've been lying about it to rushees for years. The poor kids think they're going into the "next big fraternity" and end up throwing away their greek experience. That's why they have a high inactive rate.
