rush
by: RusheeWent to a fraternity this past weekend and the brothers forced me to get black out and I do not remember anything. They said I accepted a bid, but I didn't want to pledge that fraternity. What do I do?

^Those fraternities only give bids to kids they know want to be there because they're good enough to pick who they want. It was probably ATO or Pike since they have to blackout kids to get them to accept lol

I don't want to say which one it was, but it was one of the three listed above. Can I text the rush chair and ask to hold or am I stuck?

Sigma Nu, Pike, and ato didn't have events last weekend. @rushee most people can text and ask to hold, but some might not let you do that, but now it's obvious who you are if you text the rush chair and ask.

Yes, you can call and hold anywhere after accidentally accepting. Just be honest with the rush chair. However, if it was at Sigma Nu, Theta Chi, or KA like you're saying, you probably won't be able to pledge there after holding. Those are top fraternities that can afford to cut you for someone that wants it. The downside of rushing the top houses is that anyone is expendable. Good luck
