Small chapters are by default tighter knit, but as far as bigger chapters go SigEp probably has the best brotherhood.

honestly i think it depends on which tier you're talking about but as for top tier i think theta chi KA and Fiji have the "tighest" brotherhood

Nobody knows truly what a fraternity's brotherhood is like other than the brothers themselves. This post is irrelevant. If you want to get a good glimpse at a brotherhood, you need to go and witness how they interact with each other on a regular basis.
