be more open minded

People need to realize that fraternities/sororities names and "tiers" do not define who their members are. There are amazing and great looking guys in the "lower tier" fraternities who could have easily gotten bids in the top tiers but they either rushed late, came from out of state or were legacies or on a budget. People need to be more open minded and less judgmental of people because of which fraternity/sorority they decided to join. Be more open minded.
