best small/middle size fraternity?

What's the best small fraternity? I've heard about DTD, DX but I don't know much about either of them. Curious as to everyone's thoughts

Of those two, I'd say Delta Chi. They have better traditions and social scene. Another good small/mid size fraternity to look into is Delta Sig (house located between Theta Chi and Pi Kapp).

go big or go home.. i wouldn't want to be seen in any of those fraternities

You clearly are trying to compensate for something. To your surprise, a lot of people choose to avoid the Big 5 (SNu, Fiji, Theta Chi, KA, Beta) because they don't like big, notorious fraternities like those. Furthermore, for some, even fraternities like Lambda Chi, Farmhouse, ATO, and Sig Ep are too high key. For these people, solid mid-size/small houses are very appealing. Everybody has their fit.

Theta chi and beta are not top tier. Farmhouses and lambda chi are both above these two fraternities.

Phi Tau is big enough numbers-wise but still has a small feel to it. Also really like the Pi Kapp guys

If you want like 50 brothers rush DTD, good party last Friday, great group of guys!

Pi Kapp, Sig Pi, Sig Ep, and Phi Tau are all really great mid sized fraternities with some great guys! just depends on your personal preference
