sorority description 2016-2017 (unbiased as possib
by: Unbiased as Possible
So, I am going to attempt to be as unbiased as possible in writing these. All of Auburn's sororities are great for different reasons and which ever one you are in or end up being in is perfect for you. I'm not going to rank because based on reading a lot of these ranking gets messy with some people believing one thing and others believing another.
AXO: Generally believed to be good, Christian girls. Classy. Good mix looks wise.
ADII: Strong sisterhood. Have a good time, but keep it classy. Pretty girls.
AGD: Intelligent. Involved. Sweet girls with a strong sisterhood.
AOII: Loving, down to earth, involved. One of the more diverse sororities. Very sweet girls
AXD: Known for going out. Mixed looks. Not known for grades. Strong sisterhood.
ChiO: Sweet girls. Very involved. Pretty. Classy. Good grades. (I see a lot of people put granola and I’m personally not sure on that)
TriDelt: Fun with or without alcohol. Diverse group of girls. Good mix of going out and not going out. Feel strongly about their philanthropy.
DG: Kinda just exist. Not bad or amazing. Not very involved. Almost easy to forget.
DZ: Strong sisterhood. Mix of good looking and okay looking.
GPhi: Sweet girls. Not known for grades. Very pretty.
Theta: Viewed negatively, but honestly have a very close-knit group who all love each other and their sorority. Really nothing wrong with them. They are a newer sorority, but on the rise.
KD: Some very attractive, some are fine. Nice girls. I’ve heard lots of negativity towards them and I’m not really sure why. I think it’s a sorority politics thing.
KKG: A total mixture of girls. On the rise. Very diverse group.
Phi Mu: Known for good looks. Not necessarily known for grades. Not as close-knit as other sororities.
Pi Phi: Like to go out. Pretty. Could class it up a little. Overall, nice girls.
Sig Kap: Known for going out.
Tri Sig: Because they are new, they don’t really have an identity yet. Hoping to see great things in the future.
ZTA: Like to have fun, but not necessarily by going out. Pretty girls. Care about each other and their philanthropy.
Please, feel free to critique me if you disagree. I’m not perfect and don’t know everything. This is based off of a lot of what I’ve heard and personal experience as well. I was trying to be as unbiased as possible.
