fraternity rankings

Won't argue with the fact that SNu is at the top of their game this year, but wouldn't say they're above the other top tiers. As far as that goes, there's a distinct top 4: Sigma Nu, FIJI, Theta Chi, Beta. Bumped up Theta Chi because they do everything on the same level of the other top tiers, and dropped KA because they mainly don't recruit or have parties like a top house should, among other things.

Also, FH should be moved up to upper middle with ATO, KA, and LXA. I know they get a lot of hate, but they actually have a ton of quality guys!

ΣΝ- Partiers, wild, traditional, southern
ΘΧ- All-around, partiers, involved, southern
ΒΘΠ- Partiers, wild, preppy

Upper Mid:
KA- Traditional, involved, southern
ΑΤΩ- Involved, high gpa, lesser version of FIJI
ΛΧΑ- Partiers, wild, athletic, preppy
FH- Involved, high gpa, religious, doesn't party

Lower Mid:
ΣΠ- Decent all-around
ΣΦΕ- Wild, standard "TFM bros"
ΠΚΑ- Much lesser version of ΣΝ
ΠΚΦ- Partiers, diverse
ΣΤΓ- Involved, gentlemen

Substance-Free Housing

Foundation President Hammond provided a report from the North American Interfraternity Council’s (NIC) Alcohol Commission. The Board discussed the report and how substance-free policy would best be implemented and enforced. Warren confirmed that discussions will continue and a suggested plan of action for fraternity-wide substance-free facilities adoption and budget implications will be presented at the fall meeting.
