So now that SAE is gone is someone going to take their house?

They own the house and the property. They may choose to lease rooms to others in the interim before they come back, but no one is going to "take" it.

SAE is not gone, they aren't just above IFC and all IFC fraternities. SAE will only improve from here making the decision to not be recognized by IFC.
