No, fake-poster, Tri Sigma took the most qualified girls on campus who interviewed. The chapter is comprised of mostly sophmores who did not go through formal recruitment. There will be some trial and error but ultimately they will be a strong sorority with a lot of heart! It's not easy to start something new! The Auburn Panhellenic has been amazing with such tremendous support.

How do you know, well? Been researching what the norm is in new chapters at big schools? Nothing else to do? Get over yourself.

Tri Sigma has great potential to be a great sorority on campus. Obviously it's going to take time for them to make their mark and become known on the campus, but with time, I'm sure they're going to do great things! Like someone said above, a majority of the girls are sophomores, but there's also a good amount of freshmen and some upperclassmen. As long as everyone here is welcoming and supportive (which I know they will be), Tri Sigma will be able to evolve into something special! My friend went through the process and knew girls who weren't "called" back to sisterhood day, so they're obviously not taking people to just fill a quota. They wanted genuine, smart and qualified girls. They weren't going to just take girls to meet a certain number. I am so excited for this chapter!!!
