As a girl that has frequented all 3, Phi tau definitely is the worst of the three. Pike and Pi Kapp are similar, just with old row and new row diferences. Pike has more brothers and one of the nicest houses on campus. Both have very good social lives, but having hung out at both houses last year I would say Pike is better. Go where you fit in though!
