I don't think it is a "person" per say, I believe it is GR posting to get people to write. While I do think KD, XO and AGD are all elite groups due to their ability to pledge so many due to legacy ties, all the others are the same. I was lucky and got one of the top 3 I've listed, but I also loved several others that are listed quite low on the posters list. I know some good friends who chose to pledge outside of their legacy and they are all happy with their choices. Cyber bullying, which is exactly what the poster is doing since they are putting their own views on here as being true by everyone, is not part of the top groups way and this makes it look like those groups are the ones posting these rankings...they are not.
