Really nice girls but very image obsessed. They make the girls do so many photoshoots throughout the year and their dues are insanely high.

My roommate is an alpha xi and she tells me all the time what a great sisterhood they have. I hang out with them all the time and i consider a lot of them my closest friends, some will even be my bridesmaids. I’m in a sorority at auburn and i’m closer with her sisters than I am my own. PNMs go alpha xi!!! I wish I did!!!

Alpha Xi is amazing. The girls are the sweetest and super friendly. Making friends is really easy and everyone makes you feel like you belong. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

get a lot of pretty out of state girls that do not have connections at Auburn. often overlooked bc everyone in top sororities only care about rankings. great group that just loves to have fun. I have so many friends that are alpha xis and i love hanging out with them. definitely middle tier. lots of worse sororities you could be in.

All i’m saying is join Axid if you want to be fined $100 for every little thing you do. I have so many friends in it and they get fined so much money for the most minuscule things it’s CRAZY! They have a really really strict chapter, which can take all the fun out of everything, so know that before rushing.

I used to be an Alpha Xi. PNMs, steer clear of this sorority. You get fined $100 for any event you miss and they are not understanding when it comes to excuses (I was told needing to study for a test was not an acceptable excuse). Also the girls are very cliquey and hard to become friends with. Exec is terrible because it just keeps getting passed down to their friends/littles. Example - current president is the little of the former president and grandlittle of the president before her. Also the main advisor is awful - probably why the sorority is so strict and mean. Not sure how she hasn’t realized that it’s bad to have a pledge class of ~90 and then by their senior year, that PC only still has about 10 members left in the sorority. Lots of snobby mean girls. I wish I could go back and change my pref day because I would not pick them. They’re not very smart and party all the time.
