Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 3.8 I'm gonna go ahead and say that the post by 'Truth' is the biggest load of crap I've ever read. OX isn't thousands in debt because they have had their house and property paid off for quite a while. All of the financial stuff is all rumor. The thing about ATO buying their house is just something that poster made up because I've never even heard of that one. OX is recognized as a top tier around Auburn, but a lower top tier. Some very chill guys but also have weird ones too. Still on the rise.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 5.0 Good fraternity that is clearly getting better. Dues are expensive and some of the older guys are weird but the younger guys aren't. All in all they are clearly rising which means if you're a young guy you're getting into a fraternity that has potential to be top 5 or better by the time you'd be graduating.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 1.0 They impress the strange rushees with their new house and 'money' but it's all an illusion. Thousands in debt and lower middle tier at best. They will never be considered top-tier at AU. Rumors about ATO purchasing their house. ATO would be 100x better than Theta Chi with a house half that size. They have hype at the moment, but they aren't going anywhere. Easy pledgeship though.
