They recruited yet another top of the line pledge class this year. They maintain the fun Theta Chi party reputation while also being good to girls and involved. Not a very classy bunch at all and like to drink a bit too much. This class has solidified them as an elite house!

Ya know, I'll actually give them credit. Theta Chi does just about everything better than KA and Beta, so yeah, they're the best on new row. But like the other guy said, that's like being an honor student at a community college. Granted that KA is THE MOST overrated name in Auburn with zero quality and Beta never was anything to begin with, being better than them is like a glass half full. Fraternities like Fiji, Sigma Nu, SAE, and ATO will always be dominant at Au, not Theta Chi, KA, or Beta.

So are Theta Chis behind the constant posts that put ATO as a top 5 fraternity? Maybe the constant ratings and posts that say Fiji is better than everyone? How about the Farmhouses, Sigma Pis, and Betas that seem to be so "dominant" at Auburn? Theta Chi say that too? Fact remains that there are many fraternities that clearly care way more about this website than Theta Chi. Sororities love them, fraternities hate them, hence why their success clearly gets under your skin so much.

Every single post on this about fraternities on this site seems to be Theta Chi's trying to build up their rep, from the downgrading posts posed as other fraternity guys mad about them taking rushees to the "auburn girl" posts building them up. In all honesty they're a fraternity that throws lots of parties that are very average. May be true that they're the "best house on new row" (KA doesn't count), but that's the equivalent of being an honor student at a community college

The previous post shows how Theta Chi is now frustrating a lot of other top fraternities. They've recruited among the best pledge classes for 3 years straight, have thrown more fun parties than anyone else, are attracting top sorority girls (especially Phi Mu and Pi Phi), and have run IFC for years now. Nobody likes competition, so hate from other top houses will likely continue. It just part of moving up.

If all the girls that used to hang out with you ditched you for another group of guys you wouldn't like them either. Being a douche isn't a Theta Chi thing. You trying to say Beta and KA didn't become top houses by being a bunch of nice guys? Some people just have a problem with Beta and KA no longer being best on new row

Socially, Theta Chi is the best house in Aubs. They also have lots of unique and original parties/events that nobody else does. Fun, attractive, sweet brothers though they do like to drink a little much. Surprisingly, they're also quite involved on campus.
