You do know that Theta Chi paid for and built their house, right? They bought the land from ATO.

The lot Theta Chi built on belongs to the University and always has. ATO had it reserved for several years but couldn’t move forward because an alumnus stole something in the neighborhood of $930K, which is what was left from the sale of their property on West Magnolia. Their alumni did them no favors in the 1990s - the current ATOs would be better off to have nothing to do with those alumni. Many bad decisions were made during those years.

The only big name fraternity to slip through the cracks of student conduct and IFC every year. They're one of the biggest party fraternities and yet they somehow dance around the rules that nail every other big house. They're part of the illuminati. You heard it here first.

They’re only relevant because they took the house ATO built. Most of the boys care about what sorority you’re in so even if you’re friends with them and not in the right sorority theyll overlook you when out... you have to go up to them to say hi they won’t always come up to say hi to you. Very overrated, decent date parties. Averagely friendly.. very douchey for being a snap bid fraternity before their new house. Bigger fraternities like KA, SNU, Fiji, etc throw better date parties. Middle tiers like pike are way nicer. There’s a few good boys and a lot of stuck up ones. They’re not as good as they think but they’re not bad.
