Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 5.0 Sigma Chi will be terrible when they come back. They have no brothers to recruit kids and have lost any reputation they had. It will not affect Sigma Pi.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 3.0 I think Sigma Chi coming back affects them most because Sigma Chi is starting over, which means theyre going to bid everyone that walks in their house and most will accept. Many of those guys will be ones who wouldve gone Sigma Pi in the past few years. Between Lambda Chi, Sigma Chi, and Sigma Pi they're going to be at a big disadvantage with a smaller name and less attractive location

I think Sigma Chi coming back affects them most because Sigma Chi is starting over, which means theyre going to bid everyone that walks in their house and most will accept. Solid middle tier, need to improve if you wanna be top tier though. And with :Lambda Chi and Sigma Chi coming back that competition may push Sigma Pi to lower-middle tier rank..

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 5.0 Sigma Chi will be bottom tier when they come back and Sigma Pi is leagues ahead of Lambda Chi. These guys are a top house.
