I live at the apartment right across from their house and honestly they look like so much fun. They’re always outside just having fun. I love looking out my window and seeing them go crazy on a weekday. Never fails to make me smile.

Absolute chillers. Really friendly. Fun little off campus lettered house. They are easily the most unique frat. Guys in larger frats make fun of them but you can tell all the chi phis really love each other and have a deep connection.

Attended their Shrimp Boil that they had with BYX and Tri Sig and it was awesome, great event and a great turn out for their philanthropy's. Also heard they went to Florida to donate supplies after the hurricane.

They seem like good guys. They do not seem to party a lot but they sure do love to play die haha. Some of them have girlfriends and they stay loyal which I think is very cute. Keep it up Chi Phi.
