I like the Phi Mu's all right, but I would tend to say they are more in the high middle tier....not #1. I would say Chi O, AGD and ADPI, then Phi Mu & KD followed by AOPi and Pi Phi. But I'm just an outsider looking in... I don't have a dog in this fight. Just my honest opinion.
