they have a few pretty girls, but most of them are very sketchy and they are not involved on campus.

house is moving up but based on my experience they recruit awkward high school boys who cannot talk to a girl unless drunk really??? but hey who among us has not been gangly and unsure of himself? keep working on it

chi phi may not be the most popular but I love the brothers they currently have. Alot of the older ones that left were great as well but the younger ones like to party and go out. Some of them alittle too much but I guess you get that with every fraternity. I like them and I think any rushee should check them out.

If they aren't top as you say, then they don't merit all 5's. I put a lot of thought into the ranking here. All 5's or even all 1's for that matter call the credibility into question.
