a lot of things. "Down to earth" is not one of them. They are stocked with beautiful girls, no doubt. They are one of the dominant houses on campus, so the rating might as well reflect it. That's fair. They also, however, have more than a fair share of haughty, holier than thou members. And it show. That's fair too.

some people are confused at how the ratings work. Like those who say the "heart" a group and say encouraging things then give them all ones. Maybe they think one is good. Anyway, I don't love Alpha Xi, but I don't hate them either. Kind of lukewarm, so hope my rating accurately reflects that.

Most everyone AGREES Gamma Phi has improved by leaps and bounds. The girls are pretty and well liked, classy but know how to have fun. They are in the upper middle tier. Many sororities have improved so other houses feel threatened.

house that simply needs to get everybody pulling in the same direction. they have some good girls. They have some not as good. Like most houses.
