spring rush?

Thinking about rushing phi psi this spring but the ifc website says they're not rushing? Is there a way to informally rush when like they have their booths up?

Hi, I'm a Phi Psi. If you want to rush us then just message one of our brothers but unfortunately you will have to wait until fall to pledge because we do not have spring pledge classes.

Only time we'll have booth up is if we're boothing for a venue party or a philanthropy. If you see our booth up feel free to come talk to us to find out more info. Again we don't be having rush until fall welcome week though.
