Yes. That is how it goes. When you are new you suck at recruitment. You take anyone who wants to join your organization. As you get more people and get better at recruitment, you are able to be more selective. Yes looks is an important category, but not the only.

TL:DR New greek organizations suck at recruitment. Not their fault
