I wanted to DA so badly because I felt like I had already made my friends, and that it was expensive, and I wasn't getting anything out of it. My friends who I had outside my chapter ended up being super fake, and I felt like I had nobody. My chapter helped me so much- I had never felt so loved and happy- girls who I had barely talked to helped me and made me feel better about everything. Since then, I've been all in. Sometimes you just need reassurance that it'll all work out, and my chapter was there for me. (And I'm in a chapter that receives a lot of hate for having a fake sisterhood...that is just so untrue) Now, I'm super involved, and I remind myself that I am giving back to the chapter that helped me so much.

Feels pointless and waste of money and time
Most people aren't worth it
Drama
Feels like real world doesn't care about Greek life leadership experience like who cares if you're the tshirt chair or sunshine chair lol
Would probably have had better gpa without it
