I noticed that the "top" frats either like to hang with Tridelt or Alpha Phi but never both. Ksig and SAE are super close with Alpha Phi while Sigma Pi and Phi Psi are super close with Tridelt. None of them are close with both.

Sigma pi and sae are not top house yet, but seeing how sae has good relations with both dg and alpha phi and sigma pi has practically no relations with either, i would say sae is better than sigma pi

You must be new. Sigma pi does have relations with DG and Aphi? Have you never been invited to a sigma pi party or?

Been to a sig pi party and only see tri-delts and gdi's there...rarely see DGs or Aphi

DG definitely hangs out with sig pi

alpha phi is kind of starting to hang out with them but mostly the fall pc
