Do more people go to spring rush than winter rush?

No, in fact most top frats don't do spring rush (KSig, Phi Psi). I think Sigma Pi did it last year but I don't think they'll do it again this year.

Last year KSig, Phi Psi, and Sigma Pi did spring and both Ksig and Sigma Pi usually do spring.

Are you dumb? KSig and Phi Psi don't do spring because their pledgeship lasts longer than 1 quarter plus the quality of guys available in spring isnt high. Show me KSigs or Phi Psis "spring pledge class" that you are talking about.
