Aphi and DG are a solid tie, this is no longer a PC rank, it's an overall rank. And no way tri-delt is above DG, they will always be a solid 3

I agree with aphi and DG being tied but I think gphi and theta should also be tied. Gphi may have got a decent pledge class but their self-ranking in the past two months make them look bad

Theta has consistently been a 4 in the previous years and if you think one pledge class will make gphi surpass theta then that's wrong. On top of that, I have not seen any Gphi pledges that make them seem so great?

It's been that way since last year. Also putting Sigma Pi that low after this year's PC. I could say maybe under Phi Psi. But the way the rankings are put in place definitely seems like Theta wrote this. Sorry Theta.

Let's be honest, DG and alpha phi will always have the top house rivalry. Both have attractive girls, DG is a bit more well rounded though in other aspects. Either way, both sororitys have different vibes. This is the same with Ksig and Phi Psi...these two will consistently be rivals as well. Different vibes from both frats, depends on your taste. Honestly, we all know there is no house that we can distinctively say is a top house because no one has a complete edge over another. So here it is

I don't see how SAE is tied with Sigma Pi. I also don't see Theta being tied with Gphi anymore.

I would say this is the most accurate ranking. There's not a top frat or sorority because the top two bring different things to the table.

umm yea, sorry but when u have av house, that beats not having one. so ksig beats phi psi. also alpha phi and dg are always gonna be rivals for top...both are hot but pc aphi class is hotter.

What happened to SAE's pledge class? What happened to ksig and phi psi? Ksig got two guys accused of being creeps... imo the fraternities that got the best pledge classes went: Sig Pi, SAE, Phi Psi, Ksig, and then Pike
