They were supposed to have an exchange with Gamma Phi Beta, and MY friend in gphi said they weren't even allowed to have a formal gathering. Apparently this is super legit

The reason why I confirmed it without name-dropping or chapter dropping is because I don't like to. I was only confirming that phi psi was in fact unable to use their house that night, or throw any big events for a bit. Lol. Not a huge deal people.
