Explanation: Aphi did well and made up for their poor pledge class last year. Tridelt is tied with DG. Tridelt did really well and have improved a lot. DG did well too but they probably did just as well as Gphi with their pc, but Gphi got a few solid face girls so idk. And Gphi has been doing so so well. They just have to work on other aspects like GPA and sports. But, they have potential. It's hard to emerge to the top tier. But I'd give it to them. They are at a different level than the mid houses. Theta just isn't who they used to be. Ever since 2012 I've seen them slowly drop. Still a good house, but honestly without their fraternity relations they'd be nowhere near what they are. Axo got some wtf girls but they did better than Piphi. Pi phi still did well last year so they are tied. SK does well but not well enough.

It's positive and honest.
However, I personally think Alpha Phi, Tri Delt, and DG are all tied at this point. We are being a little too forgiving about what happened with Alpha Phi last year, and Tri Delt and DG in my opinion have accomplished much more than Alpha Phi in areas other than just hotness.
