tri delt can never be a top house.

I was wondering why everyone has moved so much except for Tri Delt. People have been quick to say that APhi moves up, DG moves down, but how come Tri Delt is about in the same spot it has been for the past few years? After 4 solid PCs, losing their uggo girls from last year, pulling up their grades, and Songfest, I would probably say they are the most improved apart from GPhi. Yet, they are always overlooked and stay about the same rank.

I think this is because they don't act like a top house. Their girls hang out with top frats, but if you want to be a top house you're going to have to stop hanging out with frats like Phi Delt and FIJI ladies. The top = exclusivity. Sorry but that's the truth.
