From 3 years in a frat, this is what I have observed
DG
Alpha Phi
0 sisterhood, hot girls, good grades, great sports. Most girls looking for sisterhood drop out.
Top mid
Tri Delta
Gamma Phi
Mostly cute/hot girls who at least try to fake a sisterhood, terrible at sports and grades, great at artsy musicals and dance major stuff
Middle
ABGs who party. They get a lot of best girls, but their face girls are 10s. No white girls, good sisterhood

If it's school related that's one thing, but during the pledge process it's important that you go to the new member meetings to learn about your sorority and what makes it special. If you don't do that plus don't actively participate as much as you can, then there is grounds to be dropped. Sororities want girls they can count on to be active and build the sisterhood. If they let girls not do anything and initiate them, then what's the point?
