alpha chi?

I have older friends who are Alpha Chi at other schools so I wanted to join a big sorority like that with a big reach since networking is very good. I really liked their IG/tumblr and thought they were top tier judging from the pics. But then I've kind of been on this site reading that Alpha Chi is bottom tier
Can someone truthfully tell me what is wrong with them? From what I can see just based off of the stuff online they seem to have a lot of pretty girls and have a lot of fun. I know looks aren't everything and have to meet the girls and decide who I fit in with most but from the tumblrs it seemed like Delta delta delta, delta gamma, and alpha chi had the prettiest girls, and I didn't expect that gamma phi beta and alpha phi were ranked so highly here from looking at their tumblrs and stuff.

Are these ranks on the discussion boards accurate or was I right? I like the idea of joining Alpha Chi because of their big name. I also wanted to join Kappa Kappa Gamma or just Chi O but it looks like you guys don't have those sororities here.
