sororitys:
DG
aphi/tridelt (alpha phi has a few QUALITY girls while tridelt has quantity of cute girls but they both have kitchen girls)
Gphi (debatably climbing into the top, definitely don't have knockouts but they're super involved and their face girls are cute)
Frats:
(All of these considered top houses because they have the hardest pledgeships, strongest brotherhoods, and most good looking guys)
Ksig
Phi Psi/Sigma Pi (definitely tied, both have decent amount of face guys and a few goobs in there chapter. A lot of these guys are friends with each other theyre both great chapters to chill/party with)

most of them did. Plus their juniors are now seniors, and a lot of them are actually pretty attractive. It was last year's seniors that were the beat ones

These are right. I know every body likes to hate gphi because their new girls aren't very nice. But I wouldn't be too quick to count them out that easily, they've had a really good two years for recruitment. Alpha phi just needs to get their mojo back and I think they can get back on top. Personally I've never been a huge Delta Gamma fan, I know good ole Brian Clarke gives them handouts because his wife is their advisor. I mean they placed in song fest this year after messing up lines and swearing onstage... Now if that's not favoritism idk what is. I love my tri delts, nothing but positive stuff to say about them. My prediction is that Alpha Phi will be top DG will either be tied with tri felt for second, and gphi would be 3rd

Delta Gamma is all hype. People hate on alpha phi because they aren't aphi. Their fall pledge class was full of cute girls. And Gphi is like the Hillary Clinton of sororities, for the last few years they've done really well, people just love to hate on them. All 4 of those sororities are gonna be bringing it this year. If anything I think Tri Delta may do the worst. They all act very unserious about recruitment, and end up with girls who's last houses are SK and Tri delt. Personally I didn't think their fall PC was as good as everyone said

I have to respectfully disagree with "Agree"
I think the thing about Alpha Phi is that they don't really have a niche and that's why they are not doing well. DG is known for being sporty, Tridelts party, and Gphis are artsy. Alpha Phi... doesn't really EXCEL at anything and doesn't really have something that brings all their girls together and makes their sisterhood suffer. Theyre more focused on just getting pretty girls for the aesthetic but the rest of the chapters to an extent are looking for girls that are like-minded.
Now I know someone is going to bring up 1) Tridelts fighting at formal 2) DG spotty sisterhood 3) Gphi new girls not being nice sometimes but those are kind of isolated incidents or are not as bad as the APhi sisterhood. Let's not forget that not too long ago they had to bring in a counselor to help them get over their issues because there was just so much drama.
Yes, ask any active and they will say that looks better and PNMs would rather be known as being part of the "hot" house, but no one wants to fight all the time or have nothing in common with the other girls. DG will do well because the athletes will go there. Tridelt will get the girls who want to party. Gphi will get the artsy dance majors. Aphi might be looking at getting everyone's leftovers, like last year.

For alpha phi's come back this year! I think Tri Delta may be the odd one out- but who knows, they often surprise me. I'm also ready to see gphi do well. 3 good years in a row means they made a change and didn't get lucky. Delta Gamma's gonna get a run for their money, alpha phis pledge class spring is much better than theirs. My predictions are
Alpha Phi (back where they should be)
Delta Gamma
Tri Delta
Gphi
