My roommate is a Pi Phi &told me that they don't straight up haze, but they do force and peer pressure girls into going out and basically keep up a presence for frat guys. apprently the seniors from 2015 were the worst and would alienate &target girls that didn't fit into their idea of a sorority. They take the tier thing seriously and have a fb group for the actives to post about parties. I've seen them push &ignore each others. Not every chapter is perfect and I've seen some girls in other chapters who don't get along with their sisters, but Pi Phi is on a different level. Sad, because I know my friend is close to her pledge sisters, but they were terrorized by the older girls
