it was definitely tri delt. I'd be kind of pissed if I were them because they're wearing the same colors too. when my chapter was doing our photoshoot we threw out the idea of doing blue and white too but our vp recruitment specifically said she didn't want to bite off of tri delts idea so we went with something more original.

Stop trying to cause drama between the two chapters when you are obviously not even involved. Just because Alpha Phi is in the same place and wears the same colors doesn't mean they are copying Tri Delt. And Tri Delt probably doesn't even care considering every sorority in the country wears that color scheme in photos.
