Sigma Chi has regressed so much this year, I would put them under phi delt maybe if they keep sucking, even Pi Kapp. Their guys are also all so unattractive! Not to mention untalented (excruciatingly painful in songfest) and unathletic. 0 girls actually tried for their philanthropy, and it was the first one of the year. Bottom tier, just like their BFF AXO
