finally someone speaks truth!

all along i've been thinking where are SAE & Pike? they dominated sports this year and have been recruiting some fine looking men. also, they've thrown good parties. Jurassic pike and Pikes of the Caribbean were awesome! SAE's White party, Gold party, and SpAcE were all great too.

as for the mid tier, i think you may be a little off, but phi psi and sigma pi are def where they need to be lol

i think pikapp, phidelt, and beta have potential to grow. they are still new and need to be given some time.

i would say pike & sae are tied.

your mid tier rankings could vary imo.

Top and bottom are spot on. Phi Psi and Sigma Pi are higher mid. Definitely not top though.

I love Pike and SAE but you know Sigma Pi and Phi Psi are top tier. IDC if Pike and SAE are below them in the top tier but cmon now.

A majority of the guys in Phi Psi are rude and arrogant. They're too full of themselves because of their money even though every other aspect of their frat is a joke.

Phi Psi participates in many philanthropies and raises a lot of money for sororities. Sure some may be arrogant but have you met all of them? Did you go to their philanthropy? Phi Psi 500 is a perfect representation of how genuine and caring they are.
