ranks haven't changed that much

I think everyone took the opportunity of one house noticeably changing, to try and switch all the ranks.... and sorry ladies, that aint how it is.
Alpha Phi: raised the most money of any house this year, always has the hottest girls- minus that one weird PC fall quarter, best venues (discophiver;) and top tier relations. To say alpha phi is below tri felt you must be hopped up on crack
Delta Gamma: I'm not a huge fan. These girls get everything handed to them because they're pretty. They won songfest and got 3rd this year, when everyone basically agreed that Gphi should've won with Chicago, and Westside should have placed this year. To me not trying at anything doesn't make you a top house. Name a single philanthropy they've come close to winning.
Tri Delta- They, unlike DG work their little buts off, but its too mixed of a bag for me to be a top house. They have some smoking hotties and then some awkward uggos. Idt is means as much to be a Tri Delt lately, and they're on here all the time, promoting themselves and gphi.
Gphi B: Idk if people noticed until this year, but this is a seriously good chapter now. We used to turn down exchanges and ignore them at parties, but I'd say gphi has gotten some seriously good looking PCs, turned around their events and honestly just taken more pride in appearance, noticeably. I mean don't get me wrong they have a long way to go, but looking real good for now.solidly 4th tho and I heard their sisterhood went by the waysi

Pi phi also has hotties tho. More than Axo. I agree with you about some things but Aphi is not top. Everyone agrees DG is. Aphi did raise the most money but that doesn't make them top house. Tied with Tridelt tbh. Also they raise a lot with help from wealthy alumns which is great but also lucky.

Their sisterhood went down... On the one post about the phi psi dating a gphi it points it out and I've seen it happening with friends in gphi
