So for the past 3 years we've had new frats, Phi Delt, Pi Kapp and Alpha Sig.
Who's making the most strides? Who has better connections? Who do sororities like more/less?

they have great relations with Tri Delt and Theta and they've been pulling better looking guys, they also have a few tri felt phi felt couples. Pi Kapp had one good relation with gphi and for some reason that went by the wayside- something with philanthropies (I know for sure Gphi did not want to give them Crescent classic) Alpha Sig? are they a frat here?

Phi Delt, you're literally just above Pi Kapp so don't act like you're way up there in the ranks. They're both bottom middle chapters. Phi Delt is a bit better, but they've been here longer.
