how ranks work

How do u guys even rank the sororities & frats?
Is it solely based on looks? Or how closed you are to them? Or their personalities?

Usually I notice that the ranks at the beginning of quarters around when pledge class pix are up are just looks based but as the quarter goes on things like involvement, relations, philanthropy, parties, personality come into the mix a little but yeah its mostly looks
