1. Kappa Sigma: Stereotypical "fraternity" with social presence, sports, house and looks. Have a douchey rep for their exclusivity and demeanor but have also been top for the past couple years. However, they have had a weaker fall pledge class, and it's going to be interesting how they fare once their 3rd/4th year face figures graduate or fall off.
2. Phi Psi/Sigma Pi: Going into this year, I would put sig pi ahead of phi psi. However, though they just went for numbers during fall, phi psi got some quality freshmen. Their older guys gave the chapter a terrible dbag rep, which holds them back. Sig Pi, however, have done badly the past fall/winter pledges classes, and only their older guys are helping them stay upper-tier. Their parties aren't what they used to be 2-3 years ago but as of now, phi psi and sigma pi are interchangeable depending on who you ask.
The top tier fraternities are all capable of pulling good looking girls and having solid parties, as well as having the most haters.

by the looks of it I'm pretty sure this is consensus opinion. OP do lower tier frats? and maybe sororities?
