1) Kappa Sigma: Weak PC's are really hurting them. They still have older guys, but once they graduate they're screwed.
2) Sigma Pi: Honestly these guys seem to throw great parties but their brotherhood is lacking. I have heard a lot of stories of their fractured brotherhood.
3) Sigma Alpha Epsilon: Has a handful of face guys and athletes, while the rest are just kind of there. Has a history of being great in sports and not surprised if they're leading IFC points. From what I heard Lake Mead was super fun.
4) Pi Kappa Alpha: On the come up. Had a rocky start with POTC but eventually fixed themselves. Good at sports (right behind SAE and KSIG) and have been recruiting a lot better.
5) Phi Kappa Psi: Bidding anyone who has a pulse. Maybe be getting some good guys but the large pledge classes isn't helping their case. Considered the "rich fraternity" but they don't seem like it? Especially when they make bros pay for every event lol. They are falling but can easily climb if they get focused.
6) Alpha Epsilon Pi: Smaller chapter but they seem to have a closer bond. Their lack of size will never allow them to jump to a "top house". Fun parties and great attitudes.

I think this is the general consensus right now, but feel free to disagree.
