battle of the not top

As a sorority girl I actually try and give every chapter a chance and not think they're bad right away because they're "bottom tier". Thought this would be fun: out of these chapters in the bottom half which two would you like to see in the top half or you think are moving towards top half soon?

Aepi is upper mid already though. Sigma Chi is debatable. The rest are great chapters but idk if they are top half if that makes sense.

AEPi has pretty much made it.
Sigma Chi has been struggling for a while to get there but they're still at it so they eventually will.
Pi Kapp has moved up a lot in the last year. They're slowing down a bit but they might keep climbing

The others I don't think anytime soon is predictable
