From a friend in APhi that they don't do actual recruitment for winter or spring. That they've already given out snap bids (and even gave some out for winter), but they don't publiscise an actual recruitment. I know they did that for spring last year after the failure that was Alpha Phiesta. You didn't know that they had a recruitment until they said they were initiating the girls.
